The Range Integration

To integrate your Range account with Selro, follow the steps provided below:

Step 1: Navigate to The Range Connection

  1. Log in to your Selro account.

  2. Click on your username in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select "Connections" and then choose "Marketplaces."

  4. Click on "Add The Range."

Step 2: Account Details

  1. Enter an account nickname for internal reference within Selro.

Step 3: API Key Entry

  1. Enter your API key. If you're uncertain about its location, please contact your Range account manager for assistance.

Step 4: Catalogue Import

  1. You will need to import your catalogue via a CSV file, please follow the steps outlined in the user guide below to complete this process. (You cannot import your catalogue for The Range via the API)

Step 6: Order Download

  1. Enable 'Download orders' to initiate the import of The Range orders.

  2. Note that only new orders placed after enabling this field will be imported into Selro.

Step 7: Importing Past Orders

  1. Past orders will not be automatically imported. To import past The Range orders, follow the steps outlined in the user guide under 'Bulk Import Orders.'

By following these steps, you'll successfully connect your The Range account with Selro, optimizing your stock and order management processes.

Important information for Listing:

If you want to create new listings to the Range from Selro, please click on the tab 'listing profile' under the Range connection.

From here you can create as many listing profiles as required. To create a listing to the range you MUST have a category entered. Please enter this in your listing profile as pictured below.

Please note, this category has to be exactly the same as it appears in your Range account.
