Selro allows you to import orders using your own CSV file format by creating a custom file mapping. Follow the steps below to set this up.


πŸ”§ Step 1: Navigate to Custom File Mapping

  1. Go to Inventory > Bulk Actions

  2. Click on Custom Import Files

  3. Select New Custom Import File Mapping > New Order Import File

πŸ—‚ Step 2: Create a New File Mapping

  1. In the window that appears, enter a name for your import file mapping

    • This name is for your internal reference only

  2. Map your CSV columns to the corresponding Selro fields

    • Use the dropdown to assign each Selro field to the correct column in your file

    • For channel_id, select the appropriate sales channel from the dropdown

  3. Once all fields are mapped, click Save Changes

πŸ“‹ Step 3: Upload Your Order File

  1. Your saved custom import mapping will now be visible
    ​

  2. Click Choose File, select your order CSV file, then click Upload

  1. After uploading, click File Import History to view the status

  2. Your import file will be processed within 20–30 minutes

    • The status will update once processing is complete
