Organize your products efficiently in Selro by creating categories and subcategories. You can also assign products to categories individually or in bulk via CSV upload.

π Create a New Category or Subcategory
Go to Inventory β Product Categories.
Click Create Category.
Enter the name of the new category or subcategory.

You can assign products individually or in bulk.

π₯ Bulk Assign Products via CSV Upload
Click Bulk Assign Products to Categories.
Create your file using the available headers.
SKU, category_id, category_name, sub_category_name.
Complete the file and upload it.
π‘ Tip: Using the correct headers ensures that your bulk assignment is processed without errors.

Categories created in Selro are independent of categories on your connected marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
Organizing products in Selro will not automatically update marketplace categories.
π Filter Products by Category
After creating categories, you can easily filter your products within Selro.
β‘ Map Selro Categories to Marketplace Categories
You can map Selro categories to your marketplace categories for faster listing creation.
Set up your category mapping under Product Categories.
When creating new listings, the mapped marketplace category will be automatically selected based on your Selro category.
