For a seamless integration of CDON with Selro, follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to CDON Connection:
Log in to Selro.
Click on your username in the top right-hand corner.
Select "Connections" and then navigate to "Marketplaces."
Click on "Add CDON."
Enter Account Information:
Enter your CDON account information.
Obtain API Key:
Contact your CDON account manager to obtain your API key.
Download CDON Catalogue:
Click to download your CDON catalogue directly. It will generally take around 1 hour for your catalogue to import into Selro.
-If you enable the box 'download catalogue into Selro' any new items added directly to CDON will be automatically imported into Selro within 24-48 hours.
-If you enable the box download orders any new orders from the point of integration will be imported into Selro. To import historic orders into Selro, please follow the steps outlined in this user guide.
OR
Manually import the inventory:
Generate the inventory report from CDON.
Import the report into your Selro inventory.
