Follow these steps to set up your Magento 2 e-commerce store with Selro. If you're still using older Magento versions 1.7, 1.8, or 1.9, please use the Magento 1.x integration available under marketplace connections.

For users of the latest Magento 2 version 2.4.x, proceed with the following steps prior to generating API keys:

  1. Navigate to Stores -> Configuration Menu.

  2. Click on the 'OAuth' submenu.

  3. You'll see the OAuth configuration page. Select 'Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens' and click 'Yes'. Then, save your settings.

After saving, remove any previously generated API keys for Selro and follow these steps to create new ones:

  1. Log in to your Magento 2 dashboard and go to Systems -> Integration.

  2. Click on 'Add New Integration'.

  3. Enter 'Selro' as the Application Name. Go to the 'API' tab on the left, select 'All', and click 'Save'. You'll need to enter your Magento 2 admin password to confirm and save the details.

Once saved successfully, copy the provided keys into the Selro Magento 2 integration settings.

To enter your API keys in Selro:

  1. Click on your username, then select 'Connections' -> 'eCommerce Stores' -> 'Add' -> 'Magento 2'.

  2. Enter your API keys on the prompted page.

Importing Products:

  1. Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro'.

  2. Select 'Download catalogue' to import your products into Selro.

  3. The import process typically takes about an hour.

Pro Tip: Keep the checkbox enabled to ensure automatic import of any new products added directly to Magento 2 into Selro every 24-48 hours.

Importing Orders:

  1. Enable 'Download orders'.

  2. Only new orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro. Past orders will not be automatically imported.
