Click on your username located in the top-right corner.

Navigate to "Connections" and select "Ecommerce Stores" and then choose "Ecwid."

Add a distinct account nickname for easy identification within Selro, then click 'Connect.'

Insert your Ecwid account information and log in as prompted.

Once the login process is completed, you will be redirected back to Selro.

To ensure a successful connection, click on 'Test Connection.'

Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'

Select 'Download Ecwid catalogue' to import your products into Selro. This process typically takes around an hour.

If the checkbox remains enabled, any new products added directly to Ecwid will automatically import into Selro every 24-48 hours.

Enable 'Download the orders into Selro' to initiate the import of Ecwid orders.

Note that only new orders placed after enabling this field will be imported into Selro.

Past orders will not be automatically imported. To import past Ecwid orders, follow the steps outlined in the user guide under 'Bulk Import Orders.'
