Due to API limitations when creating new listings from Selro the product barcode must already exist on Rakuten to be able to list using their API.

If the product barcode doesn't exist on Rakuten then you will need to create the listing directly on Rakuten first and import your product into Selro.

You can only update the stock levels and prices from Selro to Rakuten once you have imported/ listed your products.
