Here's a detailed guide on how the NOTHS integration functions with Selro:
Order Synchronization:
Every 10 minutes, new orders are downloaded from NOTHS to Selro.
Once the order is properly allocated on Selro, it will automatically be set to 'Accepted' on the NOTHS platform.
Shipment Updates:
When you ship an order in Selro, NOTHS is updated with the shipment details, including the fulfilment status and any tracking numbers. An email confirmation is also sent to your customer.
SKU Matching:
IMPORTANT: Your NOTHS listing SKU must match your Selro Product SKU, or they should be merged if different in NOTHS. Listings on NOTHS with a blank or mismatched SKU will still be imported by Selro, but stock levels won't be updated.
Stock Level Updates:
IMPORTANT: Selro cannot update stock levels back to the NOTHS store due to NOTHS API limitations.
Listing Creation:
IMPORTANT: New listings on NOTHS must be created directly on the NOTHS platform due to API limitations.
Product Download:
IMPORTANT: To download products, you need to import NOTHS products into Selro inventory via a CSV file as the NOTHS API currently does not support inventory download.
Connecting Your Store to Selro:
Click on your username in the top right-hand corner and select 'Connections'.
Click on 'Marketplaces'.
Select 'Add' for NOTHS.
Fill in the required information and click on 'Test Connection' to ensure the integration is working correctly.
