To integrate your Boots account with Selro, follow the steps provided below:

Step 1: Navigate to Boots Connection

  1. Log in to your Selro account.

  2. Click on your username in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select "Connections" and then choose "Marketplaces."

  4. Click on "Add Boots."

Step 2: Account Details

  1. Enter an account nickname for internal reference within Selro.

Step 3: API Key Entry

  1. Enter your API key. If you're uncertain about its location, please contact your Boots account manager for assistance.

Step 4: Catalogue Download

  1. Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'

  2. Select 'Download Boots catalogue' to import your products into Selro. This process typically takes around an hour.

Step 5: Automatic Catalogue Updates

  1. If the checkbox remains enabled, any new products added directly to Boots will automatically import into Selro every 24-48 hours.

Step 6: Order Download

  1. Enable 'Download the orders into Selro' to initiate the import of Boots orders.

  2. Note that only new orders placed after enabling this field will be imported into Selro.

Step 7: Importing Past Orders

  1. Past orders will not be automatically imported. To import past Boots orders, follow the steps outlined in the user guide under 'Bulk Import Orders.'

Important Note:

Boots integration currently supports stock synchronization and order management. Creating new listings from Selro to Boots is not supported at this time. If you want to list new products on your Boots store, please perform this action directly on your Boots account.

By following these steps, you'll successfully connect your Boots account with Selro, optimizing your stock and order management processes.
