Utilize the latest Facebook Shop integration on Selro to effortlessly market your products. Follow the steps outlined below to connect your Selro account and showcase your eBay, Amazon, and Etsy items on your Facebook Shop.

  1. Begin by selecting your username in the top right-hand corner -> Connections -> Marketplaces -> Facebook Shop. This will redirect you to the "Manage your Facebook Shop Integration Setting" window.

  2. Visit your Facebook business page and click on the 'Manage Shop' tab located in the left corner. The URL to access the Facebook page will resemble 'https://www.facebook.com/<pagename>/manage_shops.'

  3. Click the 'Go to Commerce Manager' link, leading you to the 'Commerce Manager' page. Choose your business account and the 'Commerce Account' you wish to integrate from the drop-down list. If you haven't created a business account yet, please do so before accessing the 'Commerce Manager.'

  4. Select 'Add items,' then choose 'Data Feed' and click 'Next.'

  5. In the Data Feed window, opt for uploading a CSV file by clicking 'Yes,' and then click 'Next.'

  6. When selecting 'Use a URL' for uploading a CSV file, return to your Selro window, copy the 'Facebook Shop Product Feed URL,' and paste it in the Facebook Commerce Manager window. Click 'Next.'

  7. After successfully setting up the data feed, plan your update schedule. Choose the frequency of updates from Selro – options include hourly, daily, or weekly. Click 'Next.'

  8. Before uploading your feed, make any necessary changes to settings, such as the default currency, by going to the 'Data Sources' tab in the left corner. Click 'Save Feed and Upload' once you've completed your edits.

  9. On your Selro account, specify the Facebook Shop default category and select the source channels (currently, only Etsy and eBay are available as source channels)

  10. Listings from the chosen source will be displayed in the Facebook Shop. If you have an existing e-commerce site, such as Shopify or WooCommerce, use their Facebook Shop connection for e-commerce product listings.

  11. Finally, enable 'Facebook Shop Feed' and click 'Save.'

  12. Visit the 'Shop' tab on your Facebook Business Page to view the listings uploaded from the Selro feed.
