How to Generate Shipping Manifests in Selro
Selro allows you to quickly generate shipping manifests for your shipments across supported carriers. A shipping manifest provides a summary of shipments processed through a carrier, helping you organise and manage your daily shipping operations.
Important: Generating a shipping manifest is mandatory for C&D shipments. For other supported carriers, manifest generation is optional and can be for internal reference within Selro.
Steps to Generate a Shipping Manifest
Step 1: Navigate to Manage Manifests
Log in to your Selro account.
From the main menu, go to Shipping → Shipping Manifests.
Step 2: Generate a New Manifest
On the Manage Manifests page, click Generate a New Manifest.
Select the relevant shipping carrier.
Selro will identify eligible shipments for the selected carrier that have not previously been included in a manifest.
Generate the manifest to include the outstanding eligible shipments.
Step 3: View Your Manifests
Once a manifest has been generated, you can view it from the Manage Manifests page.
This allows you to keep track of generated manifests and manage your shipping records.
Important Information
C&D shipments: Manifest generation is mandatory. Ensure that all C&D shipments are manifested as part of your shipping process.
Other carriers: Manifest generation is optional and can be used where required.
Automatic inclusion: Selro automatically includes eligible shipments for the selected carrier that have not previously been manifested.
No duplicate manifests: Shipments already included in a manifest will not be included in subsequent manifests.
Simplified processing: There is no need to manually select individual shipments when generating a manifest.
Summary

Select your shipping carrier and generate the manifest for outstanding eligible shipments.
