How to Disable Easy Ship Order Imports
Log in to your Selro account.
Click your username in the top right-hand corner.
Select Connections.
Find your Amazon connection and click Edit.
Next to Download Orders, click Advanced Settings.
Locate the Easy Ship order setting and disable importing Amazon Easy Ship orders.
Save your changes.
Once disabled, your Amazon Easy Ship orders will no longer be imported into Selro.
Why Disable Easy Ship Order Imports?
If you manage your Amazon Easy Ship orders directly through Amazon, there may be no need to import them into Selro. Disabling these orders can help reduce your order volume within Selro and keep your order management workspace focused on the orders you actually need to process through the platform.
