Setting Up Carrier Mapping for Debenhams in Selro

To ensure the correct courier name and service are sent back to Debenhams during the order fulfilment process, please follow these steps to set up carrier mapping:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Selro account.

  2. Access Your Connections:

    • Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

    • From the dropdown menu, select ‘Connections’.

  3. Edit Debenhams Connection:

    • Locate your Debenhams connection in the list.

    • Click the ‘Edit’ button next to it.

  4. Open Carrier Mapping:

    • Inside the Debenhams connection settings, click button labelled ‘Edit' next to carrier mapping.

  5. Map Your Carriers:

    • A new window will appear showing the carrier mapping section.

    • Under ‘Your Carrier Name’, copy and paste the carrier name exactly as it appears in Selro.

    • Next, under ‘Mapped Carrier Name’, use the dropdown menu to select the approved carrier name and format that should be sent back to Debenhams.

  6. Save Your Settings:

    • Once all mappings are correctly set, make sure to save your changes.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that the carrier name in Selro exactly matches what you enter under ‘Your Carrier Name’.

  • The ‘Mapped Carrier Name’ is the standardized format required by Debenhams and must be selected from the dropdown.

By completing these steps, your order shipments will include the correct courier information, ensuring smooth and accurate updates back to Debenhams.
