Log in to your Selro account.
Access Your Connections:
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select ‘Connections’.
Edit Debenhams Connection:
Open Carrier Mapping:
Map Your Carriers:
Save Your Settings:
Once all mappings are correctly set, make sure to save your changes.
Important Notes
Ensure that the carrier name in Selro exactly matches what you enter under ‘Your Carrier Name’.
The ‘Mapped Carrier Name’ is the standardized format required by Debenhams and must be selected from the dropdown.
By completing these steps, your order shipments will include the correct courier information, ensuring smooth and accurate updates back to Debenhams.
