Selro won't automatically translate your title or description etc.
So when creating listings you will need to manually change the title/ description etc to the desired language.
You can either do this individually or in bulk.

When listing a single product you can change the title/ description on the page below.
When listing in bulk/ via a CSV file, you can either use the multichannel CSV option or you can upload your file under the connection section.
When using the multichannel CSV option you will have headers for each of the channels you want to list to and you can manually enter the correct title and description per marketplace as pictured below.
When listing under the connection section again you will bulk list via a CSV file and you can enter the title and description in the relevant language here and list this to your marketplace.
