FTP feed can be used to:

-Import products from your suppliers FTP folder

-Keep you stock level in sync with your suppliers quantity

-You can export your product data to your FTP folder

-You can export your orders from Selro to your FTP folder.

To set up your FTP feed in Selro please follow the steps outlined below.

Please click on your username in the top right hand corner of your Selro account-> select connections -> select FTP connections tab-> select 'new FTP Connection'

From here please enter your FTP account details.

Please ensure you have checked the box 'enable' and FTP Passive Mode.

Once you have entered your FTP details please go to suppliers -> manage suppliers -> edit your supplier (or create a new supplier)

From here please select the feed type 'FTP'

You can then select your FTP server, and FTP file name

Next please select fields mapping and map the Selro fields to the fields in your FTP file.

You can also select a warehouse to add the FTP stock too.

Once complete please select save and test, to ensure the connection is working.

Finally select enable feed to begin the stock synchronisation with your FTP feed.
