You can enable automatic order notifications within Selro. Meaning, whenever you confirm shipment for an order, an automated email will be sent to your customers notifying them of this, along with a copy of the invoice.
To enable this setting please click on your username-> select settings-> select notifications-> Click settings next to 'Order Fulfilment Confirmation Email'
From here you can enable the notification per channel and edit your email template per channel too.
You can customise your email template here.
(If you click on the tab HTML Text you will see the default email that is pre-set, you can remove this and create your own custom design or add to this design if you wish)
You can enter a subject line and use the pictured tags below to design your email.
To ensure your template is set correctly you can send a test email to your own account.
