📦 Listing Quantity in Selro

Listing quantity allows you to display less stock than you actually have — useful for controlling how much is shown to buyers across marketplaces.

🧾 What Is Listing Quantity?

You can choose to show fewer items available than what’s physically in stock.
Example:
You have 100 units in stock but want to list only 10. By setting the listing quantity to 10:

  • Only 10 units will display on your marketplace.

  • Once real stock drops below 10, the displayed quantity will automatically reduce accordingly.

⚙️ Where Can You Set Listing Quantity?

You can configure listing quantity in three levels:

1️⃣ Product Level

  • 📍 Go to:
Inventory → Inventory & Listings → Edit Product → Stock Level Tab

  • 📝 Enter listing quantity per marketplace.

Important: Uncheck the box labelled ‘List Full Quantity’ to prevent the listing from reverting to the full available stock after a sale.

2️⃣ Listing Profile Level

  • 📍 Go to:
Username → Connections → Edit Marketplace → Listing Profiles

  • ➕ Create or edit a listing profile and enter your desired quantity.

⚠️ Available only for selected marketplaces.

3️⃣ Channel Level

  • 📍 Go to:
Username → Connections → Edit Marketplace → Edit Channel → Channel Stock Limit

  • 🔢 Enter your listing quantity here.

⚠️ Not all marketplaces support this.
✅ Quantity set at channel level takes precedence over both product level and listing profile.
