You can set a listing quantity that is less than your actual quantity in Selro.
For example if you have 100 in stock for a certain product but only want to display 10 available you can set a listing quantity of 10. Then only 10 will be displayed for that product until your actual stock level drops below the quantity of 10.
There are several ways you can set a listing quantity. Either at:
The product level
In the listing profile.
The quantity set here will take precedence over the listing quantity at the product level if the quantity at channel level has not been set.
At the channel level.
The quantity set here will take precedence over the quantity set at the listing profile and the product level. (Currently only available for certain marketplaces)
At the product Level.
Please go to inventory-> inventory & listings-> edit your product-> select the stock level tab-> you can enter your listing quantity here per marketplace.
Please note when setting the listing quantity at the product level you need to uncheck the box 'list full quantity;' otherwise when your product sells the listing quantity will revert back to the full quantity/ quantity on hand.
In the listing profile
If you click on your username-> select connections-> edit your marketplace-> select listing profiles-> either create a new listing profile or edit your existing listing profile-> enter your listing quantity here.
Please note this feature is only available for certain marketplaces.
At the channel level
Please select your username-> click connections-> edit your marketplace-> edit your channel-> select channel stock limit-> enter your listing quantity here.
Please note this feature is not available for all marketplaces and the quantity set here will take precedence over the listing quantity set at the SKU level and in the listing profile.
