🗑️ Deleting and Archiving Products in Selro
Before removing any products from Selro, please carefully review the instructions below to avoid unintentionally deleting data from your sales channels.

🔸 Deleting Products in Selro
🚨 Important Notes:
Deleted products cannot be recovered in Selro once removed.
You can choose whether or not to delete the product from your sales channels (e.g., eBay, Amazon, etc.).
✅ Deleting a Single Product
Go to Inventory > Inventory & Listings
Locate the product you wish to delete.
Click on the Actions dropdown.
Select Remove.
✅ Bulk Deleting Products
Bulk select products (you can increase page size to select up to 1,000 items).
Click Other Actions > Remove Products.
A confirmation box will appear:
🔧 Deletion Options:
To delete from Selro only (but keep on sales channels):
➤ Leave both checkboxes unchecked.To delete from Selro and your sales channels:
✅ Tick the box “Also remove these products from listed channels”
✍️ Enter the word DELETE to confirm.To delete all variations of a product:
✅ Tick the box “Remove any variation products associated with this product”
⚠️ Special Notes for Variation Listings:
For variation items (child products), if all variations share the same Item ID (e.g., on eBay), selecting "also remove from listed channels" and typing DELETE will remove ALL variations.
To remove only a single variation from a marketplace, you must delete it directly within the channel.
📁 Bulk Deleting via CSV File
Go to Inventory > Bulk Actions.
Under File Type, select Bulk Delete Products.
Upload a CSV file containing the SKU list of products you wish to delete.
Optional:
✅ Check “Also delete products from Sales Channels” if you want them removed from marketplaces too.
🔒 Enter your admin password to confirm deletion.
⚠️ Once deleted from Selro and sales channels, products cannot be recovered.
🗂️ Archiving Products
If you want to temporarily remove products from active inventory while keeping the option to restore them later, use the Archive function instead of deleting.
Archived products will not appear in inventory or be synced for stock control.
Listings that remain active in sales channels will not be downloaded back into Selro until the product is restored.
✅ Archiving a Single Product
Go to Inventory > Inventory & Listings
Locate the product you wish to delete.
Click on the Actions dropdown.
Select Archive.
✅ Bulk Archiving Products
Bulk select products (you can increase page size to select up to 1,000 items).
Click Other Actions > Archive Products.
📦 Viewing Archived Products
To manage archived products:
Go to Inventory > Archived Products.
From this section, you can:
✅ Restore products to your active inventory
🗑️ Permanently remove archived products from Selro
You can perform these actions individually or in bulk.
