Here are the instructions to integrate your Shift4Shop account with Selro:

  1. Click on your username-> select connections-

  2. Click on the Ecommerce Stores tab and select add Shift4Shop

3.Next, input your account details:

  • Account Nickname: This is for internal reference within Selro.

  • Shift4Shop Store URL: Enter your store URL and select 'Connect'. This will redirect you to your Shift4Shop account. (Please follow the steps below for integrating Selro with your Shift4Shop account.)

  • API Token: This will be automatically populated once your account is connected.

  • FTP Server, Username, and Password: Obtain these details from your account manager at Shift4Shop. They are required for creating/updating listings and uploading product images to Shift4Shop.

Importing Products:

  1. Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'

  2. Select 'Download catalogue' to import your products into Selro.

  3. The import process typically takes around an hour.

Pro Tip: Keeping the checkbox enabled ensures that any new products added directly to Shift4Shopwill be automatically imported into Selro every 24-48 hours.

Importing Orders:

  1. Enable 'Download the orders into Selro.'

  2. New orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro.

  3. Please note that past orders will not be automatically imported.

Important: If you wish to import past Shift4Shop orders, refer to the user guide below for detailed instructions on bulk importing orders.

Under the Listing Profiles tab, you can create multiple listing templates if you plan on creating new listings on Shift4Shop from Selro.

How to Integrate Selro with your Shift4Shop Account:

The REST API should be enabled by default with your Shift4Shop account. To confirm its availability:

  1. Log in to your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager.

  2. Navigate to Modules.

  3. Use the search bar to find "REST API".

  4. You will see the REST API icon and a link labelled "Change Settings" which will allow you to manage and add your REST API Connected apps.

Listing Profiles:

Here, you can create multiple listing templates where you can pre-set the product category and set pricing rules that can be applied to the selling price or cost price of the main product in your Selro inventory.
