To seamlessly connect your Mirakl account with Selro, follow these simple steps:
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner of your Selro account.
Select 'Connections' -> 'Marketplaces' -> 'Add Mirakl'.
Here, you can assign an account nickname for internal reference within Selro.
Next, input your API key. If you're unsure where to find this key, kindly reach out to your Mirakl account manager, who should assist you in obtaining it.
To locate your Mirakl API key:
Log into your Mirakl store account.
Navigate to 'My User Settings' and select the 'API Key' tab.
Copy and paste the API key provided into Selro.
Importing Products:
Enable the checkbox 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'
Select 'Download catalogue' to import your products into Selro.
The import process generally takes around an hour.
Pro Tip: Keeping the checkbox enabled ensures automatic import of any new products added directly to Mirakl into Selro every 24-48 hours.
Importing Orders:
Enable 'Download the orders into Selro.'
Only new orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro.
Please be aware that past orders will not be automatically imported.
Important: For instructions on importing past Mirakl orders into Selro, refer to the user guide below for steps on bulk importing orders.
Please note Mirakl integration only supports stock synchronisation and order management. You cannot create new listings from Selro to Mirakl at this time. If you would like to list new products to your Mirakl store you will need to do this on your Mirakl account directly.
