To seamlessly integrate your eBay account with Selro, please follow the steps outlined below. Keep in mind that you can connect multiple eBay accounts within Selro, and we also offer a helpful webinar to guide you through this process.

Important Note:
You cannot update eBay motor parts listings from Selro; only new eBay Motor parts listings can be created. You cannot submit the EPID from motor parts to eBay from Selro, this has to be manually added in eBay directly.
Integration Steps:
Click on your username in the top-right corner.
Navigate to "Connections" and select "Marketplaces."
Click on 'Add' next to eBay.
Generate an eBay token by selecting 'Generate eBay Token.'
Sign into your eBay account.
Select 'Agree' to authorize the integration.
Upon successful integration:
You will be provided with a token expiry date.
Selro will notify you when the token is due to expire, prompting you to generate a new token to maintain the integration.
Select 'Next.'
Enter your account nickname for reference in Selro.
Importing Inventory:
To download your eBay category into Selro, check 'Download Inventory.' (If the checkbox remains enabled, any new products added directly to eBay will automatically import into Selro every 24-48 hours.)
Choose 'Download eBay Category' and select 'Download Full eBay Catalogue.'
Allow around an hour for all your products to import into Selro.
Importing Orders:
To import eBay orders, enable the check box 'Download Orders.
Note that only new orders placed after enabling this field will be imported into Selro.
Past orders will not be automatically imported. To import past Boots orders, follow the steps outlined in the user guide under 'Bulk Import Orders.'
Customer Messages:
Optionally, import your eBay inbox to view and respond to custom messages in Selro under 'Customer' -> 'Customer Messages.'
Out-of-Stock Feature:
If you want to enable the out-of-stock feature, check 'Enable Out of Stock Feature.'
This allows your listings to stay active even when products go out of stock. Ensure this feature is enabled directly on eBay.
Advanced Inventory Settings:
For advanced settings, select 'Download Inventory' -> 'Advance Settings.'
Choose specific eBay sites for downloading listings.
Customize the eBay description download under the 'eBay Description' tab, including HTML sections.
