Please follow the below steps to create a purchase order from unshipped orders. You can either create a new purchase order or add into an existing draft Purchase order Create a New Purchase Order

This method will create a new purchase order from an unshipped order items. Please go to the Unshipped order tab and select the other action next to the order. This will show two options.

- Create a new PO

- Add to an existing PO

Please select Create a new PO. This will create a new purchase order from the items from the unshipped order.

If you would like to add to an existing PO, please select the second option.

This will show the below window to select the items to add to a PO and select the existing PO to add to.

Please click 'Add to PO' next to the purchase order that you would like to add the items from the unshipped order and the qty to order.
