When creating listings into TikTok Shop, you may have to upload a product certification image such as CE Mark depending on the category that you listing your products.

If you receive the below error message when listing into TikTok which means product certification image is not uploaded int your TikTok listing profile in Selro.

Please go to TikTok Shop connection and edit the listing profiles and click 'Product Certification'.

The below screen will shown with all the applicable product certification and please upload your own product certification image. A sample certification image will also be shown.
