Before the collection of your consignments or a drop off, you must produce Collection Manifest and Sales Order Summary for Royal Mail. Please remember to generate the manifest before 9PM for that day. If the manifest for that day is not generated, manifest will be automatically created at 9PM.
To generate your manifest in Selro please follow the steps outlined below.
Please select shipping-> Manage Shipments.
Please click "Manifest' tab and click 'Manifest' button to generate the manifest for Royal Mail Shipments. Please remember to do this action at the end of the day once all labels are created.
