Please note when you have integrated your Royal Mail OBA account into Selro, the third party system we use to complete the integration (Intersoft) runs a clean sweep every day at 8:00 pm

Please note the clean sweep run by Intersoft will only close out shipments which were created before the manual manifest, and that have not been included in the close out process.

Any shipments that are created after the manual manifest is completed are not included in the clean sweep.

Important Information

Please note that PS9 service was a Max Sort service and Clean sweep does not include “Max Sort or Zone Sort” services.

If items are shipped but not manifested - These items may be surcharged, refused, held up, and Royal Mail have started issuing large fines for un-manifested shipments (£1000+) as this is treated a fraudulent activity.

If you have created a label accidently please follow the steps outlined in the user guide below on how to cancel Royal Mail labels generated in Selro.
