If you have changed some information in your listing profile or listing template and now want to reflect that change in your active listings please follow the steps outlined below.
What are listing profiles: In Selro, listing profiles are templates that define things like the channel category, item condition, and payment method. Updating these profiles allows you to apply changes to all linked listings in bulk, saving time and ensuring uniformity.
To update your eBay listings in bulk:
Navigate to your eBay connection in Selro.
Go to the Listing Profiles tab.
Locate the listing profile you want to update.
Click on the Actions button next to the profile.
Select Update All Changes to eBay. This action will push any changes made in the listing profile to all eBay listings linked to it.
When you initiate a bulk update, Selro identifies all listings linked to the selected profile. For example, if 11 listings are linked to a profile, the system will update all 11 listings with the changes made in the profile. This ensures that all linked listings reflect the updated settings. During the update process, you may encounter prompts such as:
"Are you sure you want to update [X] items to eBay?"
This message indicates the number of listings linked to the profile. Confirming the action will apply the changes to all these listings.
Update Listings on Other Marketplaces
To update listings on marketplaces other than eBay:
Go to Inventory
Select Inventory & Listings
Click Manage Listings
Use the filter tools to find the marketplace you want to update
Bulk select the products you wish to update
Click Update to Channel
Your selected listings will then be updated with the latest template information.
Notes
Bulk updates may take several minutes depending on the number of listings.
Make sure your template or listing profile changes are saved before running the update.
Repeat the process separately for each marketplace if required.
