To link your VisualSoft account with Selro, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner of your Selro account, then choose 'Connections'.

  2. Navigate to 'eCommerce Stores' and select 'add' VisualSoft.

  3. Provide your VisualSoft account details and hit 'Save'. (If you are unsure where to locate your Visualsoft account details, please contact your account manager at VS.)

  4. After completing the above steps, proceed to select 'Test Connection' to verify that your account is active and operational.

Importing Products:

  1. Click on bulk actions drop down menu.

  2. Select, 'Import Visualsoft Product Feed'

  3. Import your VS CSV product file here.

It will take around 30 minutes for your CSV file to upload into Selro. Please note you can only upload 10k lines per CSV upload into Selro. If you need to import over 10k products please upload this in separate CSV uploads.

Importing Orders:

  1. Enable 'Download Orders.'

  2. New orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro.

  3. Please note that past orders will not be automatically imported.

Important: If you wish to import past VisualSoft orders, refer to the user guide below for detailed instructions on bulk importing orders.
