Bigcommerce Integration

Follow these steps to seamlessly connect your Bigcommerce account in Selro:

  1. Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner, then select 'Connections,' followed by 'Ecommerce Stores,' and choose 'Bigcommerce.'

  2. Next log into your Bigcommerce account, in the API accounts section create an access token.

  3. Copy the API Path link provided and paste it into your Selro account as shown below.

  4. Return to your Bigcommerce account and ensure the following settings are applied:

    • Customers: Modify

    • Orders: Modify

    • Order Transactions: Modify

    • Products: Modify

  5. Save the page with the correct settings.

  6. Copy the Client ID key, Client Secret key, and the Access Token. Paste these details into your Selro account.

  7. Click 'Test Connection' to ensure your Bigcommerce account is fully connected.

  8. Enable your settings for Product and Order download, and check under 'Advanced Settings' to configure them accordingly.

    -It will generally take 1 hour for all of your products to import into Selro from Bigcommerce

    -Note that only new orders placed after this connection will be imported. To import past orders, follow the steps in the user guide provided here.
