Please note:

  • Once an OnBuy listing is created from Selro, only quantity updates and price changes can be made within Selro. Any other changes must be made directly in your OnBuy account.

  • The OnBuy listing process:

    • When entering the barcode/EAN number to create a new listing, Selro searches against the barcode. If it exists in OnBuy, Selro uses the OPC on that listing.

    • If no existing product is found, Selro creates a new listing with that EAN.

    • You can search OnBuy from Selro using the EAN number and the product title. If a product is selected from the search results, Selro uses the associated OPC when listing.

    • If both the EAN and OPC are entered in Selro, Selro uses the OPC number to create the product.
