Selro

To connect your Secret Sales account in Selro please follow the steps outlined below.

Click on your username in the top right-hand corner of your Selro account.

Select 'Connections' and then choose 'Marketplaces'.

Here, you can enter the account nickname for internal reference in Selro.

Enter your API key. (If you're unsure where to find your API key, please contact your account manager at Secret Sales for assistance.)

3. Click on 'Add Secret Sales'.

4. Here, you can enter the account nickname for internal reference in Selro.
5. Enter your API key. (If you're unsure where to find your API key, please contact your account manager at Secret Sales for assistance.)


Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'

Select 'Download Secret Sales catalogue' to import your products into Selro.

The import process typically takes around an hour.

Pro Tip: Keeping the checkbox enabled ensures that any new products added directly to Secret Sales will be automatically imported into Selro every 24-48 hours.

New orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro.

Please note that past orders will not be automatically imported.

Please note that Secret Sales integration supports stock synchronization and order management only. You cannot create new listings from Selro to Secret Sales at this time. If you want to list new products to your Secret Sales store, you will need to do this directly on your Secret Sales account.
