How to Add Royal Mail Click & Drop Services With Signature
If you are using the Royal Mail Click & Drop integration within Selro, you can generate both standard and signature shipping services.
To create a shipping label with a signature service, you will need to use the correct service code based on the delivery timeframe.
Adding a Signature Service
For Tracked 24 services, add 24S to the service code to request a signature.
For Tracked 48 services, add 48S to the service code to request a signature.

Example
If you currently use TPNN for Royal Mail Tracked 24 without signature and would like to generate a Tracked 24 label with signature, use:
TPN24S
Similarly, if you currently use TPSN for Royal Mail Tracked 48 without signature and would like to generate a Tracked 48 label with signature, use:
TPS48S
Adding the Service in Selro
To add your Click & Drop shipping service within Selro:
Log in to your Selro account.
Go to Shipping → Shipping Courier Setup.
Select your Royal Mail Click & Drop connection.
Select the Shipping Service tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the required service code and service name.
Save the service.
You can then select this service when generating Royal Mail Click & Drop labels from your Selro account.
Please note: Make sure you use the correct 24S or 48S service code depending on whether you require a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 signature service.
