The Windsor Framework is a new agreement that replaces the Northern Ireland Protocol, aiming to simplify trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It introduces key changes to customs, VAT, and product regulations, making it easier for businesses to move goods across borders while ensuring Northern Ireland remains aligned with both UK and EU rules.

Key Requirements for B2B Shipments:

Receiver’s UKIMS Number – Confirms eligibility for “Not At Risk” status
Shipper & Receiver’s EORI Number – Required for customs declarations
Accurate Electronic Customs Data – Commodity codes, item-level descriptions, and values

Failure to meet these requirements may result in shipments being classified as "At Risk", potentially leading to customs duties and delays.

Going forward, Selro will be adding a dedicated field under each Courier Integration page where sellers can enter their UKIMS number to ensure seamless compliance. To see an example, check out our C&D Connector page below.

You can also add the UKIMS number when generating a label by selecting the 'Electronic Customs Data' option, as shown below.
