Troubleshooting Tip: Item Showing as “Suspended” on OnBuy

If an item appears as Suspended on OnBuy, please follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the listing directly from OnBuy for the affected item.

  2. Tip: After removing the listing, wait 30 minutes before attempting to re-list the item.

  3. Once the waiting period has passed, re-list the product again from Selro.

This process refreshes the listing and usually resolves the suspension status.
